If you’ve been grinding ranked lately, you’ve probably noticed the same thing I did — some champions just feel completely unfair to play against right now. It doesn’t matter if you’re ahead or behind, they always find a way to take over the game.
I’ve been spamming games this patch, and these are the champions that consistently feel overtuned, low-risk, high-reward, and honestly… borderline broken.
Nidalee
Right now, Nidalee is just insane. Her clear speed, mobility, and burst damage make her one of the most oppressive junglers in the game. If she gets even slightly ahead, the game feels over. She’s sitting at one of the highest win rates in the game, which says everything.
Rammus
Rammus is the definition of “you can’t play the game.” Into AD comps, he just rolls over everything. I’ve had games where he builds full armor and still one-shots ADCs while being unkillable.
Vex
Vex feels ridiculously strong in solo queue. Her ability to punish dashes alone makes her a nightmare in the current meta, and her burst combo deletes squishies instantly. She’s super consistent and easy to execute.
Talon

Every time I see Talon mid, I know side lanes are doomed. His roaming is just too fast, and once he gets a lead, he snowballs out of control. He’s one of those champs where one mistake costs you the game.
Ahri
Ahri is just too safe for how strong she is. She has mobility, pick potential, and solid damage. Even if you mess up, her ultimate lets you escape for free. She fits into almost every comp.
Nilah
Nilah is quietly one of the most broken ADCs right now. Her sustain, scaling, and teamfight power make her extremely hard to deal with once she gets items. She also has one of the highest win rates currently.
Blitzcrank

Blitz is always annoying, but right now he feels even worse. One hook can literally decide the entire game. In solo queue, that kind of pick potential is just broken.
Kayle
Kayle is the classic “lose lane, win game” champion — but right now, she reaches that late-game power way too reliably. If your team doesn’t end early, she just takes over completely.
Kha’Zix
Kha’Zix is back to being a solo queue terror. His isolation damage is insane, and he thrives in chaotic games. If you’re out of position for even a second, you’re dead.
Jinx

Jinx feels unstoppable once she gets going. One reset in a teamfight and she just wipes everything. With how easy it is to snowball games right now, she’s one of the scariest late-game carries.
Final Thoughts
From my experience this patch, the biggest pattern is simple: champions that can snowball fast or stay safe while scaling are dominating solo queue.
You don’t need perfect mechanics to win with these picks — they give you value even when you’re not playing perfectly. And that’s exactly what makes them broken.
If you’re trying to climb right now, honestly… just abuse these before they get nerfed.
